Our bodies retain the memory of every emotion we've ever associated with any situation.
Our beliefs and perceptions of the world are largely developed throughout our childhood and adolescent years. These beliefs, rooted in our experiences, are heavily influenced by the environments and situations we are subject to. Without us knowing, these beliefs and perceptions become our guides, shaping how we navigate and respond to situations throughout the rest of our lives.
As adults, we face life’s challenges with the emotional toolkit that we have developed throughout our formative years, which is often a mix of beneficial and detrimental influences. Very few people escape the impacts of trauma, loss, abuse or neglect. Our body’s create a physical connection to these emotions, especially during childhood when trauma can become buried but not forgotten. We lock away and store these connections, and we remember the feelings associated.
Emotional Freedom involves accessing these stored emotional associations and gently releasing the heightened states our bodies remember. This process helps the internal system recognise the absence of present danger, allowing us to take back control of how we want to respond, rather than how we are conditioned to respond. It allows us to see things through an emotionally intelligent perspective, empowering us and allowing our more mature self to navigate life more effectively.

Having lived through trauma, anxiety and depression, I have been on a lifelong healing journey. My experiences as both a client and a professional have given me unique insights into the healing process. As a natural empath, I can connect with your body on a somatic level, helping you understand and navigate life challenges.
What To Expect In A Session
Through a conscious meditative process, we gently explore your inner world, accessing memories and experiences that have shaped who you are today. You remain in control throughout this journey; we are here simply to facilitate and help guide you towards acknowledging, understanding and releasing the impacts of the past. Instead of reliving the trauma, we identify the emotional blockages within your body and gently release their intensity, leading to a less reactive emotional state. As we release these emotional impacts from your system, you will feel a sense of freedom within your body.
